- iain hill Added December 22, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Recently renovated with friendly staff. Tails restaurant upstairs is outsourced and manned by Tails staff, not club staff. Tails staff are in most cases friendly, with the odd exception ie they don't handle complaints well. Tails have some good specials but some meals are so overpriced, you might as well go to a "chefs hat" restaurant, with a huge plate, huge price and small portion. Ordering is achieved by queuing at the register with queues extending out of the restaurant. Table service ordering would resolve this. Reservations can be made, however some people just walk in and sit down at tables with "Reserved" signs on them. This happened to us and nothing was done. We were simply ushered to an unsuitable table near the noisy children's area.
A small snack bar is available downstairs but this not always open. Much room for improvement. - Frane Taf Added November 19, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★Been coming here for many many years. Family anniversaries, birthdays, events, casual lunches and dinners like. Great value and service. Highly recommended
